II. Basis, Purpose and Objective
Geneva Call has established its presence in South Sudan in 2018 operating in strengthening the respect of humanitarian norms and principles by armed groups and de facto authorities, in order to improve the protection of civilians. To ensure safe and efficient travel in the field for its team members, Geneva Call SSD needs to buy 1 car for South Sudan mission.

V. Supplier Requirements
All of the following skills and abilities are required:
a. The supplier must hold an independent position and in particular not be an employee of any government, Geneva Call or a direct partner of Geneva Call, nor at any time employed by these institutions in the last 5 years.
b. The supplier must have proven experience in providing the appropriate elements but also in ensuring potential maintenance of the equipment.

VII. Evaluation of tenders

VIII. Submission procedure
Applicants must submit two separate proposals, namely the financial proposal and the technical proposal no later than 13th September 2024 at 03:00pm CAT The technical proposal must consist of the following documents and be submitted to the following email address: rfp@genevacall.org:
- A detailed description of the vehicle + photos;
- The time of delivery;
- A description of potential maintenance services and warranty period;
The Financial proposal must be submitted to the following email address: rfpfinance@genevacall.org
- Vehicle price;
- Payment terms;
- Administrative documents (tax number, bank account details, proof of registration, etc.)
IX. Validity of offers
The offer must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the published response.
X. General conditions of the call for tenders
- The call for proposals is not and should not be considered as an offer from Geneva Call.
- All responses must be received by the date and time indicated above.
- All proposals will be considered binding offers. The prices offered must be valid for the entire period indicated above.
- All allocations will be subject to the contractual terms of Geneva Call and will be subject to the availability of donor funds.
- Geneva Call reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal or to cancel the tender process at any time and has no liability to the organization submitting proposals for such rejection or cancellation of the tender.
- Geneva Call reserves the right to accept all or part of the proposal when the grant is awarded.
- All information provided by Geneva Call in this call for tenders is provided in good faith. Individual elements are subject to change at any time, and all bidders will be notified of any changes. Geneva Call is not responsible for the use of the information provided by the bidders or for any claims arising therefrom.
