
Geneva Call welcomes Carine Prestat as Director of Funding and Support Services

We are pleased to announce that Carine Prestat has taken on the role of Director of Funding and Support Services at Geneva Call. With over two decades of experience in the humanitarian and non-profit fields, Ms. Prestat brings a proven track record in strengthening operations, managing teams, and building strategic partnerships.
Ms. Prestat joins Geneva Call from Fondation Hirondelle, where she has served as Director of Support Services since August 2023. As a member of the Executive Board, she led the foundation’s administration, finance, HR, technical and IT, and security functions. Prior to that, she spent 11 years at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue (HD) as Finance Director, contributing significantly to the organization’s global expansion and operational effectiveness.
Her experience spans several major international organizations, including the International Commission of Jurists, CARE International, and the World Council of Churches, in addition to early-career fieldwork with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Sudan.
Ms. Prestat holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute, Geneva, with a specialization in international economics. She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Internal Auditing from HEG Geneva.
