Call for proposals: Projects Impacts Evaluation

Geneva Call is seeking an external evaluator to take a critical look at the impact of its operations, so that it may learn from, and improve, its project cycle management.

The evaluator will be selected on:

• The capacity to fulfil the TOR.
• Price.
• Geographic location, with preference to organisations or persons with offices in Geneva, Switzerland.

The assignment begins as soon as the contract is signed and ends at the very latest 15 August 2010. The evaluation should take place in Geneva and may involve trips where Geneva Call’s projects are implemented. The total budget should not exceed CHF 70’000.-.
