Communication & Web Site Management

Stefano Campa, Web Manager & Communication Officer, started his development as painter, illustrator and writer, counting collaboration with artists and editors. In the 90’s he alternated between artistic and law studies at the University "La Sapienza" in Rome and took part in cultural activities with publications, talks and workshops. In 1994 he was in the Italian Modern Art Yearbook. Between 1995 and 2000 he was teaching graphic arts and communication theories in a Roman lyceum and working as graphic designer for graphic and advertising agencies. In 2001 he created his own agency, and has collaborated with Geneva Call since 2002.

Communication & Events

Alessio Di Sanzio, joined Geneva Call in 2007 as Communication Officer and Events Coordinator. After having studied banking, he undertook humanist studies completed by a Master’s degree in Theology and Philosophy (France) followed by a PhD in Anthropology (Italy). He has worked as a counselor and senior project manager in the public sphere (Swiss government, army, and in the Tessin and Geneva Cantons) as well as the private sphere, in the fields of banking, human resources, fundraising, teaching, technology, marketing and communication. He has studied journalism in the University of Rome and in the photography agency and school of Contrasto in Milan, and worked as a reporter and correspondent for the news agencies Reuters, AFP, AP and ANSA in the fields of sports, culture and society. A regular of major sportive events as press manager and reporter, he still has a privileged contacts with media actors in this field and in broadcasting.

2009 Annual Report Editor

Peter Gaechter, 2009 Annual Report Editor. He spent almost 20 years as a private banker, in Geneva and in Argentina, before becoming a writer and journalist. Prior to that, he worked for UNHCR in the Philippines and Central America, then joined ICRC where he led protection teams in Peru and Mozambique. He holds a Masters degree in regional and city planning from the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied development planning.
