Katherine Kramer, Programme Director and Acting Coordinator for Landmines and Other Explosive Devices, received her Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Washington and her Masters of Arts in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University. She worked for two years as a researcher in Thailand with Non-Violence International Southeast Asia and co-authored the Landmine Monitor report on Burma (1999 and 2000). She has also co-authored the Landmine Monitor report on Bangladesh (2000) and Singapore (2001). Before joining Geneva Call in January 2002, she worked for the Small Arms Survey as the researcher for Southeast Asia and illicit trafficking, where she co-authored the chapter on 'Transfers' for the 2002 Small Arms Survey. She also wrote articles on the illicit arms trafficking in Southeast Asia and ASEAN's position in regards to the small arms issue as well as a report on Southeast Asia's arms control laws.

Chris Rush, Senior Programme Officer for Asia, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with African and Asian Studies from the University of Sussex and a Masters of Arts degree in Refugee Studies from the University of East London. He worked for 10 years at the Refugee Legal Centre in the UK and then worked in Thailand for the International Rescue Committee. More recently, he spent 3 years as the Protection Adviser for the Danish Refugee Council in northern Sri Lanka. He joined Geneva Call in January 2007.

Reno Meyer, Officer for Asia, holds a M.A. in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. He has previous field experience with Caritas Luxembourg in Montenegro and Kosovo, where he conducted activities in community development and conceptualized a new peace building strategy. After several assignments with Geneva Call in 2009 and 2010, he joined the staff in 2011 as Programme Assistant with Geneva Call’s Asia department.
