Martin Damary, Managing Director, studied International Relations at the Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva. He has worked for eleven years as delegate for the International Committee of the Red Cross, in the Middle East, Africa and Europe. On behalf of the Swiss Department of Foreign Affairs, he served one year as Senior Swiss Representative in the Temporary International Presence in Hebron. He has also directed a travel agency in Geneva. He joined Geneva Call in March 2005.

Anouk Affolter, Administrative Officer, holds a Masters in Humanitarian Action from the University of Geneva and studied psychology in Montreal. She worked for over 4 years as an administrative assistant for the International Committee of the Red Cross, in Africa, the Middle East and at its headquarters in Geneva. Previously, she also worked as an independent psychotherapist and launched a non-profit organization which provides private psychotherapy sessions to people who earn a low income. She joined Geneva Call in October 2007.

Antoinette Masur, Accountant, has a certificate in accounting, with a specialization in NGOs, from the University of Geneva. She began her career as a midwife. She launched an organization funded by the Government of the Republic and Canton of Geneva which provides care and follow up for new mothers and infants throughout the Canton. She has been working part time with Geneva Call since 2002.
